• Team: Outsourced Accounting Systems and Services (OASyS), collaborating with Senior Associates, Managers, and group Partners.
• Mission: To provide scalable outsourced accounting and finance services that improve a company’s workflow and transparency, delivering a stress-free, perfectly framed financial picture.
• Tech Stack: QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Expensify, Gusto, Justworks, Xero, Excel

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Support: Support and balance multiple client needs by collaborating with Senior Associates, Managers, and Partners.
• Financial Transactions: Manage client bill payments, invoicing, and cash receipt applications efficiently.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations, investigating and resolving any reconciling items.
• Accounting Close Processes: Assist clients with their monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including running payroll and reconciling related journal entries.
• System Implementation & Projects: Aid in the setup and implementation of new accounting systems and procedures, as well as various ad hoc accounting and reporting projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level college student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Expensify, Gusto, Justworks, Xero, and Excel.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong computer proficiency, project management capabilities, ability to work effectively on a team, high level of organization with strong attention to detail, and a flexible, adaptable approach to learning new software.
