What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Accounting Software: Oversee and manage the company’s accounting software systems, ensuring their efficient operation and accurate record-keeping to support streamlined financial processes and data integrity.
• Prepare Financial Statements: Systematically prepare and review comprehensive financial statements, playing a key role in the accurate and timely reporting of the firm’s financial performance and position to stakeholders.
• Perform Bookkeeping Duties: Diligently execute all daily bookkeeping responsibilities, including recording transactions and reconciling accounts, vital for maintaining precise and up-to-date financial records.
• Handle Daily Accounting Tasks: Undertake a range of other essential day-to-day accounting tasks, contributing to the smooth workflow and operational effectiveness of the accounting department and overall financial functions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field, providing a foundational understanding of financial principles.
