What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Problem Solving: Center on helping clients address complex business needs by analyzing data, leveraging innovative solutions, and using technology to solve real business problems.
• Accounting Transformation: Support financial statement preparation and analysis, actively transforming accounting processes, and implementing new accounting standards for clients.
• Fieldwork & Analysis: Conduct fieldwork and prepare detailed workpapers to support conclusions, ensuring thorough documentation for client engagements.
• Reporting & Communication: Discuss findings and insights with client management, then develop clear, professional reports in various formats to effectively communicate solutions.
• Advisory & Risk Management: Advise clients on enhancing internal controls, interpreting and applying new accounting standards, and assessing both financial and operational risks to improve client outcomes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for college seniors or graduate students graduating within the next year. Candidates must be on track to meet CPA eligibility (150 credit hours) by graduation, pursuing degrees in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field to launch a career in a client-focused environment.
• Experience: Relevant work experience gained through internships, part-time jobs, or campus involvement is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong academic performance and a commitment to continuous learning, alongside proven leadership capabilities.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data analysis tools are essential. This role demands advanced critical thinking, effective communication, and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities. A collaborative mindset is vital for thriving independently and in team settings, coupled with a willingness to travel as required by the role.
