• Mission: Owns the accurate preparation of financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and the execution of cyclical audits for multiple entities, supporting the parent company’s overall financial management.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements for diverse entities within the parent company.
• Audit & Reconciliation: Conduct thorough bank reconciliations and execute cyclical audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance across multiple entities.
• Custom Reporting: Create specific ad-hoc reports tailored to various internal business needs and strategic inquiries.
• Financial Planning: Manage and oversee the complete budgeting and forecasting processes to support future financial strategies.
• Tax Preparation: Accurately prepare all necessary tax documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field, demonstrating a strong foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience: Proven capability to effectively interpret and analyze complex financial statements and relevant industry periodicals; highly proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration, alongside robust business acumen to understand and contribute to financial strategy.
