Account Manager II | Meltwater

• Mission: Manage, renew, and foster growth for assigned accounts by nurturing existing client relationships and maximizing their potential.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Account Management: Manage, renew, and foster growth within assigned accounts after their transition from the Client Acquisition team.
• Growth Strategy: Develop customized account plans and strategies focused on optimizing customer retention and stimulating account expansion.
• Opportunity Identification: Actively pursue expansion opportunities within accounts, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Relationship Cultivation: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts to drive engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborative Engagement: Partner with the Customer Success and Renewals teams to drive ongoing utilization of solutions and ensure robust account retention.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Account Manager with experience serving SaaS customers; a Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years in account management is desired, with an established track record in account management, growth, and renewals within the software or SaaS domain.
• Skills: Strong strategic thinking with a focus on customer retention and growth, ability to develop effective account plans, a proactive approach to identifying expansion opportunities, refined communication and collaboration abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Bonus: Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
