Flourish is a New York City-based fintech startup, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MassMutual Life Insurance Company, focused on helping financial advisors improve client service and outcomes. Since 2017, they’ve been providing independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) with financial products and technology not readily available elsewhere. Their offerings include Flourish Annuities and Flourish Cash, with a lending product (through their acquisition of Sora Finance) launching in 2026. They currently work with over 900 RIAs managing over $1.6T in assets. Flourish positions itself as a fast-growing, collaborative startup with the backing and stability of a Fortune 500 company.
