As an Online NBE Tutor, you will leverage their Live Learning Platform to provide personalized instruction, directly impacting students’ success in preparing for the National Board Examination. What You’ll Actually Do
• Instruct students: Explain complex NBE content areas like embalming theory, funeral law, grief counseling principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Guide preparation: Prepare mortuary science students for national board certification in funeral service.
• Analyze procedures: Teach embalming procedure analysis, regulatory compliance application, and funeral service business scenarios.
• Adapt learning: Utilize practice examinations, embalming case studies, and regulatory scenario analysis to support diverse learning needs.
• Optimize sessions: Employ the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time instructional support and lesson generation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Advanced Test Mastery and deep knowledge of National Board Examination content for funeral service, covering embalming, funeral directing, pathology, microbiology, chemistry, restorative art, funeral service counseling, business management, and federal and state regulatory compliance.
• Experience: Proven ability to teach strategic test-taking and problem-solving techniques for NBE, guiding students through embalming case scenarios, FTC Funeral Rule requirements, and funeral home business operations.
• Skills: Effective teaching methods, strong communication, a friendly and engaging teaching style, and the ability to adapt instruction to different learning styles and student needs.
