Position Summary:

The Finance Rotational Program Year-Round Intern position is designed as a 4-month rotational program, providing comprehensive exposure to various functional areas within Finance. The program aims to offer interns a structured opportunity to gain broad experiences and exposure, laying a strong foundation for their finance careers. It also seeks to promote cross-functional understanding and enhance career mobility. The ultimate goal of this program is to cultivate early talent that will be prepared for full-time employment upon graduation.

The program includes rotations across six key functional areas:

1. Credit and Collections & Financial Services
2. Demand Planning & Financial Planning and Analysis
3. Aftermarket & Used Equipment Pricing
4. New Product Development (NPD) & Global Procurement Supply Chain (GPSC) Accounting
5. Accounting (encompassing General Ledger, Auditing, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable)
6. Cost Accounting

Interns will have the option of a hybrid work schedule, combining in-office and remote work, which can be adjusted to best suit their class schedule each semester. Applicants must be able to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week during in-session semesters.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Each rotation within the program will provide interns with opportunities to build essential skills in business partnership, business acumen, and personal leadership.
• As interns progress through subsequent rotations, they will consistently strengthen their existing skills and knowledge while also acquiring new and more complex proficiencies.
• Upon the completion of what is described as “two-year rotations” (implying the full program, including potential full-time post-internship roles), participants will have significantly accelerated their professional growth and developed a very strong network across the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a student working towards a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Availability to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week (with flexibility based on the student’s class schedule).
• Possession of reliable transportation.
• Must be a 2nd semester Sophomore or a rising Junior.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.

Pay Range:

The pay for this position ranges from $18.00 to $37.00 per hour. This range represents the minimum and maximum target pay across all U.S. locations. Individual pay within this range is determined by various factors, including:

• The scope and responsibilities of the role.
• The candidate’s experience, education, and skills.
• The equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
