AFB International, where this internship is located, is a global science and technology leader in pet food palatability. They develop and produce liquid and dry palatability enhancers using high-quality ingredients.

Job Description:

AFB International is seeking a Finance Intern to support their palatant manufacturing operations in St. Charles, Missouri.

Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of palatant manufacturing.
• Learn and support lean manufacturing standards (process flow, kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Data collection and interpretation.
• Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Process defect identification and reduction.

Requirements:

• Self-starter who can work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards for quality and documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively across a variety of departments.
