Overview:
This internship is designed for current college students (undergraduate or graduate) interested in a career in commercial real estate. The program aims to provide a well-rounded knowledge of the commercial real estate business and valuable skills through working alongside professionals at CBRE. It focuses on accelerating learning and development to build a strong foundation for a commercial real estate sales career, providing exposure to coordinated service lines and dedicated learning activities.
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct company, property, and industry-specific research.
• Lead and update prospects in an internal tracking database.
• Assist in developing and preparing marketing and presentation materials.
• Track local and regional activity (economy, employment statistics, company activity, industry trends, demographics).
• Contribute to projects supporting business development.
• Provide support with current deals, including market surveys, proposal reviews, lease reviews, financial analysis.
What You’ll Need:
• Current college junior, senior, or graduate level student, graduating in 2026.
• Desire to work in the commercial real estate industry.
• Experience with MS Office (intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel).
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to network and interact professionally with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with Argus, Salesforce, and Tableau is a plus.

Compensation:
The minimum salary is $17.50 per hour and the maximum is $17.81 per hour. The compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
