Job Description:
This is a student position that provides support to the regional and local controllers/finance team. The responsibilities include:
• Supporting the regional and local controllers/finance team during monthly closing: ensuring the consistency of monthly data loaded into TM1 and making sure corrections are done when needed.
• Raising common blocking points to the regional head in order to improve the process and develop efficiency.
• Supporting sales budget planning by producing regular reports for the business team and preparing decks prior presentations as well as analysis.
Qualifications:
• University student, can be a first-year student with high motivation and dedication
• Field: finance, commerce or related field
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Ability to cope with pressure and being able to prioritize tasks
• Microsoft Office, excellent Excel skills, experience with TM1 is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
