Job Description:

CBRE Investment Management is offering a Summer 2026 Internship Program for motivated students interested in investment management. This is a 10-week, full-time, paid internship with the potential for a full-time role in the future. Interns will have the opportunity to work in various areas of the organization, including:

• Client Solutions
• Insights and Intelligence
• Sustainability and Innovation
• Financial Operations
• Direct Private Real Estate
• Indirect Private Real Estate
• Private Infrastructure
• Listed Real Assets

Responsibilities may include:

• Cash flow modeling
• Data analysis to identify trends
• Participating in investor industry reviews
• Underwriting leases and maintaining property models

Internship Experience Highlights:

• Networking with CBRE IM and CBRE leaders
• Executive webinars with top company leaders
• Inclusion in team meetings
• Social events and networking opportunities with fellow interns
• Presenting a capstone project at the end of the summer

Qualifications:

• Currently an undergraduate or master’s degree student pursuing a degree in Finance, Real estate, Economics, Business, Accounting, Math with a graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027
• Strong interest in real estate, numbers, and analysis
• Critical thinking skills
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Argus and cash flow modeling
• Computer Science, data analytics or similar degree minors/certificates
