Founded in 1970, they focus on assisting victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine. Their mission is rooted in sharing God’s love through Jesus Christ and serving the Church worldwide to promote the Gospel.
Job Description:
This is an opportunity to participate in the International Internship Program for the Fall of 2025. The internship runs from August 19, 2025, to December 9, 2025. The application deadline is June 20, 2025, and requires a resume and cover letter.
The program is designed for college students and recent graduates and offers the chance to utilize their skills for eternal impact in various field offices globally. Interns gain exposure to international relief and development, ministry and evangelistic outreach, and the operational aspects of the ministry.
Key aspects of the role include:
• Focus Areas: Opportunities exist within areas such as Finance, Operations, Program Development, Communication, Health, and technical fields like Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH).
• Responsibilities: Interns will work alongside experienced staff, receiving on-the-job training in practical, administrative, logistical, and ministerial duties related to current projects.
• Duties:
• Attending daily morning devotions and participating in prayer support.
• Maintaining a strong Christian witness.
• Following Samaritan’s Purse policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Locations: Internship placements are based on field office requests and may include locations such as Colombia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Niger, Iraq, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, and Liberia.
