Job Description:
This is a full-time summer internship with CBRE within the Advisory Segment, specifically targeting current college students (undergraduate or graduate) pursuing a career in commercial real estate. The internship is located in Los Angeles, California.
The program aims to provide a well-rounded knowledge of the commercial real estate business and valuable skills by working alongside dedicated professionals. It’s designed to accelerate learning and development, providing a strong foundation for a commercial real estate sales career with exposure to coordinated service lines and dedicated learning activities.
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct company, property, and industry-specific research.
• Lead and update prospects in an internal tracking database.
• Assist in developing and preparing marketing and presentation materials.
• Track local and regional activity (economy, employment statistics, company activity, industry trends, and demographics) affecting the local real estate market.
• Contribute to projects in support of business development.
• Provide support with current deals, including market surveys, proposal reviews and summaries, lease reviews, and financial analysis.
What You’ll Need:
• Current college junior, senior, or graduate-level student, graduating in 2026.
• Desire to work in the commercial real estate industry.
• Experience with MS Office with intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to network and interact professionally with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with Argus, Salesforce, and Tableau is a plus.
