Job Description: Management Trainee Program
This is a 2 to 2.5-year rotational program designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of CED’s business operations. Trainees rotate through various departments, gaining experience in warehouse logistics, financial forecasting, and customer sales strategy. The ultimate goal is to prepare trainees to lead their own CED location.
Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities:
• Business Operations: Gain hands-on experience in inventory control, purchasing, warehouse operations, and counter sales.
• Financial Acumen: Develop skills in forecasting, budgeting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Sales & Account Management: Learn to build lasting customer relationships and create effective customer solutions.

Qualifications:
• Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• Willingness to relocate within Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana
• Self-starter attitude with entrepreneurial drive
• Strong work ethic and team leadership potential
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Sales, retail, or customer service experience
• Leadership roles in school, sports, or work
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits:
• Compensation: $63,300 – $70,000 total annual package
