Job Description:
This is a collegiate volunteer internship designed to develop student athletes in discerning their calling and career while introducing them to various aspects of ministry through FCA.
Key Aspects of the Internship:
• Developmental Ministry Experience: Interns will engage in a learning and developmental ministry experience during a summer or a semester.
• Volunteer Status: Interns are not employees and do not receive hourly wages or compensation based on work production.
• Stipend: Interns *may• receive a nominal stipend to help with living-related expenses during the internship.

• Primary Goal: The primary goal is to develop the intern’s understanding of their individual calling to ministry through training and experience.
Ministerial Duties (Expected of All Interns):
• Christian Community Statement: Agree with and abide by FCA’s Christian Community Statement.
• Spiritual Rhythm: Follow a spiritual rhythm including daily prayer and Bible study to seek the Lord’s will for FCA.
• Spiritual Leadership: Lead, conduct, and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship, and living by example.
• Local Church Involvement: Connect to and participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
• Biblical Conduct: Conduct yourself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA’s Christian beliefs.
