About Company and Job Description
BlackRock Services, in partnership with Lensa, is seeking candidates for the 2026 Summer Internship Program – AMERS. This is a nine-week internship running from June through August. The program aims to provide a realistic experience of being a full-time BlackRock Analyst, including on-the-job training, day-to-day responsibilities, speaker series, mentoring, and networking opportunities. Successful interns can explore the Full-Time Analyst Program after the internship.
Who Can Apply:
• Undergraduate or master’s students graduating between September 2026 and July 2027.
Important Information:
• Candidates can apply for only one program (Summer Internship Program) and up to two functions within that program.
• If an application is withdrawn, another application for the same program cannot be submitted in the same year.
• A pre-interview assessment must be completed within five days of application submission to avoid automatic withdrawal.

Salary Ranges (Hourly Rate):

• Corporate & Strategic Functions: $38.46 – $48.07
• Investment: $38.46 – $56.49
• Operations: $36.05 – $56.49
• Technology: $43.26 – $56.49
