About Sentinel K9

Sentinel K9 is Fort Worth’s premier service member-owned dog training and care facility. They help dogs become well-behaved, confident companions through structured boarding, obedience training, and daycare. Position Overview: Administrative Intern

Sentinel K9 is hiring a reliable and motivated Administrative Intern who enjoys being around dogs and is eager to contribute to a growing business. You’ll help manage the front end of their facility—supporting scheduling, communication, and client services while being part of a tight-knit team that loves what they do.

Key Details:

Type: Part-Time Internship
Start Date: July 1, 2025
Pay: $13/hour, paid bi-weekly
Schedule: (Flexible if needed)
• Tuesday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Approximately 25 hours/week

The Opportunity for College Students:

This internship offers hands-on learning for students interested in business, animals, and leadership. Working directly under the owner, a U.S. Army Officer and experienced entrepreneur, you’ll gain exposure to running a high-performance company, including client management, operations, sales, marketing, and real-time problem-solving. You’ll have the chance to grow, offer ideas, and take ownership of projects, building skills in professionalism, communication, scheduling, accountability, and operations.
