Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful management and execution of assigned projects and programs, primarily within the DT (Digital Technology) realm. This role requires a strong leader who can navigate complexity, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to completion within established timelines and budgets. The Project Manager will partner with multiple workgroups, manage scope, risks, and critical path activities, and ensure deliverables, milestones, and benefits are achieved. They will also work closely with the business to drive adoption of DT-related projects through process and procedure development.
Responsibilities:
• Manage overall portfolio by ensuring the prioritization of projects, program and portfolio.
• Properly management the allocation of resources.
• Support Development Team and director as assigned
• Manage/execute assigned projects/programs.
• Manage scope, issues, risks, and critical path activities through partnership with multiple workgroups.
• Establish governance and actively engage key stakeholders.
• Create and manage integrated project schedule, budget constraints, and dependencies.
• Ensure deliverables, milestones, and benefits are met.
• Work with business to help drive adoption through process and procedures for DT-related projects.
• Proactively manage key project activities, resource requirements, and project interdependencies.
• Report the performance of projects/programs to the project team, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Adapt/tailor presentations to the audience.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• 8 years experience of project management with 6 years managing DT projects via Agile project management
• Experience and knowledge in Enterprise Finance Applications (ERP Finance Data Analytics).
• Enterprise Finance Applications – ERP Finance Data Analytics – Work experience at a large enterprise
• 4 Years of Agile Project Management with at least 2 years experience with Agile Project Portfolio governance and management
• Led cross-functional complex projects/programs greater than $2M
• Highly organized, strong management skills, and ability to multi-task competing priorities.
• Excellent active listening skills and self-awareness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to conform to shifting demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.
• Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred:
• Aviation industry experience.
• Finance background.
• PMP certification.
• Green Belt / LSS (Lean Six Sigma) certification.
Pay Range: $60-80/ HR W2
