Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a specific product portfolio, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
• Translate strategic objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases, ensuring clear communication to engineering teams.
• Prioritize product backlogs based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value, managing trade-offs effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead product launches, working closely with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful adoption.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, user engagement, and market trends to inform future product iterations and strategic decisions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for your product area, providing guidance and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead product role.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing innovative software products or features from conception to deprecation.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with B2B SaaS products and platforms.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing frameworks.
• Certifications in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Marketing).
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt to new technologies and market trends.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
