Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program

AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to develop sales professionals. The program offers:

• Comprehensive Training: Instructor-led, interactive training covering various sales techniques.
• Real-World Experience: Participants engage with real customers, from small businesses to multinational organizations, gaining practical experience.
• Advanced Technology: Use of advanced technology to solve business problems and provide excellent customer service.
• Competitive Environment: Opportunities to become a top sales performer with the tools and support provided.
• Diverse Challenges: Exposure to a range of sales activities, including new business acquisition and managing existing accounts.
• Career Progression: Successful completion leads to a placement in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
• Geographic Preference: Applicants can select a preferred geographic market (subject to availability; see placement map on website).
• Financial Incentives: A $1,000 monthly stipend during the program, a $2,000 graduation bonus, and potential relocation bonuses. Effective February 1, 2025, the compensation model changes to a base salary of $57,000 for months 1 and 2, and $48,300 for months 3 and 4, plus the opportunity to earn $17,000 in yearly commissions upon meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Working with advanced technology to solve business problems.

• Managing existing business customers.

Qualifications:

• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major preferred.
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
