Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program

This is a paid, 4-month sales development program designed to launch a career in B2B sales at AT&T. The program offers comprehensive training, including instructor-led interactive sessions and real-world experience engaging with customers ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations.

Program Highlights:

• Monthly Stipend: $1,000 during the program.
• Graduation Bonus: $2,000 upon successful completion.
• Relocation Bonuses: Available in certain circumstances.
• Compensation: A base salary of $57,000 for months 1 and 2. Months 3 and 4 include a base pay of $48,300 plus the opportunity to earn up to $17,000 annually in commissions upon meeting sales goals (effective February 1, 2025).
• Training: Instructor-led interactive training and real-customer engagement.
• Experience: Hands-on experience in various sales aspects, including securing new business and managing existing accounts.
• Career Progression: Placement in an outside sales role after program completion, with geographic preference considered (subject to availability; see placement map on website).
• Technology Focus: Utilizing advanced technology to solve business problems and provide excellent customer service.
• Competitive Environment: Tools and connections to support high sales performance.

Responsibilities:

Participants will learn to:

• Secure new business.
• Manage existing business customers.
• Utilize advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Meet sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major preferred.
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
