Job Description: Summer Internship

Job Summary: This internship provides experience across all departments, offering a comprehensive understanding of the business.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assisting members of the compliance team in serving their clients.
• Developing the skills and experience to become a relationship manager for a client group.
• Learning general retirement plan guidelines to answer client questions.
• Reviewing and approving client forms.
• Assisting with incoming calls and emails.
• Preparing plan documents, annual non-discrimination testing, 5500 forms, and employer contribution calculations.
• Collaborating closely with the Client Service and Recordkeeping teams.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or associate degree program in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with numbers.
• Trustworthiness, organization, and discipline.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Summer Internship Details: May – July (12 weeks)
