Job Description: People Content & Communications Intern (Summer 2025)

Eataly is seeking a People Content & Communications Intern to join their Culture & Talent Team for the summer of 2025. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in a fun and dynamic environment.

Under the guidance of the Director of Talent, the intern will:

Learn: Gain understanding of Eataly North America’s strategies, systems, processes, and tools related to culture, talent, training, and development.
Assist with Eataly’s Recognition Program: Track and calendarize details for the “Stories of Eataly” program, create recognition posters, and collect photographs.
Content Creation: Plan and write “Faces of Eataly” articles featuring team members for the company website. Monitor training completion, generating reports and following up with team members. Adapt content for various training platforms and formats. Assist in writing and scheduling content for the company intranet. Brainstorm and draft creative content for all people-focused communication platforms. Build a content library for Eataly’s LinkedIn pages (posts, photos, updated Life pages copy).
LinkedIn Profile Strategy: Design and implement a strategy, toolkit, and campaign to encourage employees to optimize their LinkedIn profiles.
Content Management: Organize, label, and update Eataly’s electronic people media library.
Team Engagement: Propose ideas for in-person and online team member engagement activities and participate in planning sessions.
Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.

The internship runs from June to August, Monday-Thursday, approximately 9 am to 6 pm, at Eataly’s corporate offices in Manhattan, NY. The hourly rate is $16.50. Housing and transportation are the responsibility of the intern.
