Power+ Graduate (June Cohort) | Hitachi Energy
The Tone:
This is a full-time, paid, and permanent role at Hitachi Energy, serving as a graduate rotational program starting in June 2027. Hitachi Energy seeks recent university graduates for an 18-month career journey that allows exploration of different business units and locations. This program provides excellent learning opportunities with leading-edge technologies, aiming to develop talent to solve impactful and meaningful challenges within the organization.
The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Development: Complete three distinct six-month assignments across various business units and locations as part of an accelerated career journey.
• Geographic Mobility: Travel and relocate to different U.S. locations to experience the company culture, with an opportunity for an international rotation.
• Problem Solving: Tackle impactful and meaningful challenges within each of the three diverse work assignments.
• Network Building: Cultivate a diverse professional network throughout the accelerated career journey within the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field, serving as an Entry-Level role.
• Experience: Recent university graduate (within the past 2 years) with existing U.S. work authorization, willing to relocate for three rotations across the U.S.
• Skills: Strong oral and written communication abilities; demonstrated personal leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills; high level of initiative, self-confidence, and curiosity to learn; flexibility and openness to new ideas.
