Future IT Leaders – Recent Grad/Full Time | Honeywell Technologies
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Honeywell Technologies, located in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC, with a hybrid schedule that includes 100% onsite for the first 90 days. What You’ll Actually Do
• Complete: Complete three distinct 12-month rotational assignments within Corporate IT Shared Services, gaining broad exposure to various technology teams, business challenges, platforms, and ways of working.
• Deliver: Engage in hands-on delivery and cross-functional collaboration, taking progressive ownership of tasks and outcomes to contribute to company success.
• Develop: Develop the necessary technical breadth, business perspective, leadership capabilities, and an enterprise network essential for growing into future IT leadership roles.
• Solve: Help solve real-world challenges and work with managers in your field on meaningful projects that directly relate to key Honeywell Technologies business goals.
• Interact: Build business skills and interact with management as you take on impactful projects designed to shape the future of technology within the organization.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science/Analytics, or a similar field.
• Experience: Foundational proficiency in Python programming and software development.
• Skills: Clear written and verbal communication, collaboration, stakeholder engagement, curiosity, and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies, along with strong organization and time management skills.
• Bonus: Passion for using, developing, evaluating, and learning about new technologies; foundational business acumen; leadership roles in campus and/or volunteer activities; the ability to foresee roadblocks and mitigate risks; and a strong presence to work efficiently in a stimulating environment.
