What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze Data & Resolve Issues: Conduct in-depth analysis of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, then investigate and resolve data-related issues with technical teams.
• Implement Data Quality & Governance: Develop and implement data quality rules and monitoring processes, maintain comprehensive data documentation, and contribute to data governance policies and standards.
• Prepare & Enhance Data for AI: Collect and store data to enable AI readiness, writing code and leveraging AI capabilities to enhance data assets.
• Communicate Data Insights: Create clear, concise reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to effectively communicate data insights and key metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate & Train: Work closely with technical and business teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions, providing training and support on data access and quality tools.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related technical discipline with a focus in Data Analytics and AI, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 3+ years with data management tools and query languages; 2+ years with data analytics and visualization tools; 1+ year with public cloud environments and data quality programs; Investment, Wealth, or Insurance industry experience, preferably in a leadership capacity; Experience leading technology or business delivery initiatives in large, complex organizations; Experience implementing a data catalog, quality, and profiling tool.
• Skills: SQL, Python, Power BI, Data Analytics, Data Quality Programs, Cloud Platforms (GCP, Databricks, Azure), Data Catalog and Profiling Tools.
• Bonus: CFA enrollment; Other certifications in programming languages like Python or SQL.
