Early Career Program Manager | Citi

The Tone:

It involves supporting Analyst and Associate experiences and maintaining a healthy work environment for early career professionals.

• Mission: This person owns the full end-to-end management of Analyst and Associate experiences in Banking, from performance and compensation to career development and employee relations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Performance Management & Compensation: Drive Analyst & Associate year-end processes for your franchises, including ratings and compensation, and execute promotions.
• Career Development & Mobility: Manage internal mobility for Analysts and Associates within the NAM region and provide career coaching and support.
• Engagement, Immersion & Offboarding: Partner with managers on the immersion of new talent, monitor population morale, and conduct exit interviews to manage attrition data.
• Manager Capabilities: Actively engage with managers and staffers throughout the talent cycle to impart best practices for developing junior talent.
• Employee Relations: Partner with HR Advisor, Employee Relations, and Legal teams to evaluate and resolve all employee relations issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: College graduate, preferably with a desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high interest in Human Resources and program design and management.
• Experience: 2-3 years of campus recruiting, program management, or other relevant experience.
• Skills: Significant experience using Excel and PowerPoint, ability to manipulate and manage large data sets, strong communication (writing and oral presentation), ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Bonus: Flexibility to work some early morning and evening hours.
