This is a full-time role at Forvia, part of a three-year Leadership Development Program with rotations across various facilities in North America. What You’ll Actually Do
• Engagement: Engage proactively with assigned employee population daily.
• Strategy: Help develop impactful employee engagement strategies.
• Data Analysis: Track, analyze, and report data to aid in decision-making.
• Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment and on-boarding processes.
• Training & Development: Assist with training and development of hourly and salary populations through Learning Lab scheduling, facilitation, and analytics.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related discipline, with expected graduation between December 2023 and June 2024. Knowledge of fundamental Human Resources principles and concepts is required.
• Experience: Willingness to relocate at the conclusion of each 12-month rotation. Two or more years of HR experience is preferred.
• Skills: Effective communication across all organizational levels, proven ability to work effectively in team environments, and an analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to utilize data for decision-making. Capability for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, self-motivation, and proficiency in navigating ambiguity and matrix environments are also crucial for success.
• Bonus: Proficiency in another language such as French or Spanish.
