The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage manufacturing processes: Gain hands-on exposure to production processes, manufacturing systems, and equipment performance, developing expertise in operational efficiency within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Implement innovative technologies: Work with cutting-edge digital solutions, robotics, and artificial intelligence to explore and enhance the entire pharmaceutical production lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement: Apply advanced problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to enhance the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Ensure risk management and compliance: Develop a critical understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks essential for maintaining high standards in manufacturing operations.
• Leverage digital and data insights: Utilize data-driven approaches and visualization techniques to improve decision-making and operational efficiencies, while collaborating with quality, technical services, and supply chain functions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biologics & Process Technology, Chemical & Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Computer Science with a focus on AI, data management, or digital technologies. This is an entry-level graduate program designed for those without significant previous professional work experience in the area.
• Experience: Graduation date by August 2027. Demonstrated interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing and a keen interest in data management and analytical technologies.
• Skills: Technical expertise in relevant scientific or engineering domains, a continuous improvement mindset, digital & data expertise, and an understanding of risk management in operations.
• Bonus: Strong communication and collaboration abilities, a sense of ownership, keen attention to detail, and adaptability to evolving priorities.
