• Mission: Owns the accurate and timely financial and operational accounting for multiple apartment home communities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Close: Manage accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for a large multi-family portfolio.
• Reconciliation: Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and resolve all discrepancies efficiently.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial records adhere to accepted policies and procedures.
• Reporting: Meet all financial reporting deadlines reliably.
• Record Keeping: Record revenues and expenses accurately and appropriately.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a completed Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Possess 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Skills: Be detail-oriented, organized, and a proficient user of Excel.
• Bonus: Experience with Yardi is preferred.
