What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Customer Engagements: Manage and deliver all components of customer engagements, including communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, and timeline management.
• Optimize Business Performance: Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that enhance customer operating and engagement models, processes, and overall business performance.
• Implement Solutions: Utilize Veeva’s proprietary software and data to develop and apply tangible business and operational solutions for Life Sciences customers.
• Develop Core Competencies: Participate in a structured 20-month program to build core consulting skills, deep domain expertise in Life Sciences, and leadership foundations for long-term career success.

• Background: Bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 to 4.0 GPA, specifically seeking upcoming university graduates for an entry-level position within the Life Sciences content domain.
• Experience: High work ethic, high integrity, and a desire to thrive in an intense, challenging program environment. Willingness to travel up to 20% annually, varying per engagement.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, a process-driven mindset, and strong analytical skills for dissecting operations, numbers, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
