The Tone:
This is an early career development program at GE Vernova, primarily located in Atlanta, GA and Schenectady, NY, with potential for other rotation assignments. GE Vernova is dedicated to addressing the global climate crisis by electrifying the world and simultaneously working to decarbonize it. As a member of the Financial Management Program, you will join a diverse community of early career professionals to train, work, and learn. This program is designed to launch your career in finance, allowing you to work alongside operating partners and deliver on GE Vernova’s strategic priorities.

• Pay: $77000–$80000 yearly

• Mission: Ignite professional growth and launch a career in finance by building functional and professional skills through a structured two-year development program.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Complete: Four, six-month rotation assignments over two years across areas such as Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Develop: Strong functional knowledge through a dedicated finance training curriculum, complementing hands-on learning experiences.
• Collaborate: With and present to senior leaders who act as coaches and mentors throughout the program.
• Uphold: GE Vernova’s values by actively participating in an inclusive company culture and within the communities served.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Experience: Previous co-op or intern experience in corporate finance is preferred.
• Skills: Completion of business/accounting or analytical coursework; understanding of business concepts/strategy; analytical-minded; critical thinker.
• Bonus: Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0; interest in the Energy industry.
