The Tone:
This is a full-time Analyst Program at Citi, located in New York, NY. Citi is a global financial organization with a unified wealth platform that serves a wide spectrum of clients, from ultra-high-net-worth individuals to affluent segments. This role is crucial for developing future talent within Citi’s Wealth division, enabling individuals to apply their academic knowledge to real-world financial solutions and establish a long-term career path within the company through internal mobility opportunities. The program is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to become valuable members of the team.

• Mission: Help influential individuals and their families navigate complex wealth, identify global opportunities, and manage risk.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Explore diverse areas within Wealth, including Banking, Investments, Lending, Wealth Planning, Chief Operating Office, and Chief Investment Office.
• Collaborate with private bankers, investment professionals, and other product specialists to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Directly contribute to analytics and proposals designed to enhance the client experience.
• Contribute to business priorities while building a strong professional network across all areas of Citi Wealth.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level candidates graduating between December 2026 and June 2027, bringing knowledge from the classroom to a professional setting.
• Experience: Will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; high level of personal integrity, commitment to excellence, and a strong desire to learn; resiliency to work in a challenging, high-volume, fast-paced environment; sense of urgency and ability to execute quickly and efficiently; strong adherence to business ethics.
• Bonus: Preferred GPA of 3.4 or higher. Motivated individuals eager to start careers at a global organization, with an innovative outlook on business and an understanding of a comprehensive and global enterprise.
