What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Experience: Create a welcoming environment and deliver attentive, friendly service to exceed client expectations.
• Consultative Communication: Engage in clear, polite dialogue to ask questions, listen, understand client needs, and build trust.
• Relationship Management: Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Technology Guidance: Educate clients on how to leverage digital banking solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for their banking needs.
• Financial Consultation: Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to specialized financial experts.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to create memorable client experiences, resolve client issues quickly and effectively, and operate within established risk parameters. Preferred: 1+ year of sales experience in Retail, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills (both in person and over the phone), attention to detail in resolving client issues, understanding and adherence to internal/external risk and compliance obligations.
• Bonus: College degree or military equivalent, prior experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
