Management Development Program – Food & Beverage | Auberge Collection

The Tone:
This is a paid development program for aspiring managers within Auberge Collection, located at various on-property locations. Auberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, safaris, residences, and private clubs, dedicated to crafting luxury experiences that bring the soul of the locale to life through captivating design, exceptional cuisine, innovative wellbeing, and gracious service. This role is crucial for developing future Food & Beverage leaders who will uphold Auberge’s commitment to delivering unparalleled guest experiences and contribute to the company’s rapid growth and expansion. The program is designed to fast-track qualified individuals into management roles, preparing them for a successful career in luxury hospitality.

• Mission: To train and develop future Food & Beverage managers for a luxury hotel company, ensuring readiness for management roles and contribution to exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Service Mastery: Gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in service standards and departmental operations specific to Food & Beverage.
• Management Development: Participate in structured learning focusing on management essentials, leadership principles, and soft skill development.
• Work Experience Application: Apply theoretical knowledge and developed skills through extensive work experience, comprising 80% of the program’s duration.
• Professional Engagement: Engage in professional development opportunities including support role rotations, monthly meetups with peers, and mentorship from home office leaders.
• Career Progression: Transition into a management role within Auberge Collection upon successful completion of the 12-month program components.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduate or student from an accredited hospitality school within the United States; Entry-Level career status.
• Experience: Not specified, but prior experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Skills:
• A demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proven willingness to learn, coupled with curiosity, resilience, and self-motivation.
• The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with a keen interest in leadership and career advancement.
