What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Participate in the multi-year Financial Analyst Development Program (FADP) to accelerate professional development.
• Strategic Impact: Drive outstanding financial results by enabling and accelerating Target’s strategic execution.
• Partnership Building: Nurture influential partnerships with leaders by providing credible and reliable insights.
• Problem Solving: Apply analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and sound decision-making to contribute to various teams.
• Resource Optimization: Develop innovative solutions that directly impact financial and operational direction-setting, merchandising, and capital investment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in the final year of an undergraduate program, with a preference for Finance or Accounting majors.
• Experience: Demonstrated successful internship or related work experience.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong planning and organizational skills, and sound decision-making skills.
