What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Problem Solving: Solve problems for FX customers, understand their business goals, maintain relationships, keep them informed, and handle post-sale activities.
• Market Research: Conduct research analysis into global markets, potentially focusing on debt listings, valuations, and shareholder and geographic analysis.
• Business Improvement: Deliver business intelligence, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements across the division.
• Risk Management: Work with risk teams to monitor and analyze risks, interpret data, and prepare for the delivery of risk projects or reporting.
• Product Development: Contribute as an individual to the product lifecycle and collaborate within a team to develop specialist skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed studies in 2026 or a final year undergraduate or Master’s student completing all course requirements before September 2027.
• Experience: Demonstrable interest in financial markets, cultivated through studies, work experience, or extracurricular activities.
• Skills: Curiosity for data with the ability to analyze information to draw conclusions and propose solutions; capability to connect the dots and think strategically; focus, resilience, and adaptability to demanding environments; strong communication skills for collaboration.
• Bonus: Ability to demonstrate and recognize that achievements are equally important as the manner in which they are accomplished.
