What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Immersion: Gain broad exposure through structured rotations, building foundational marketing, analytical, and business skills across various teams.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to generate actionable insights and inform marketing strategies.
• Campaign Development: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Technology Application: Utilize AI and emerging technologies to research ideas, draft content, and brainstorm campaigns, exploring how technology can improve strategies and storytelling.
• Brand and Research: Collaborate with experts to define and manage firm brands, conduct customer and market research, and drive customer acquisition and engagement.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for individuals pursuing a Bachelor’s or 5th-year Master’s degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027. Candidates should possess a well-rounded academic background and a demonstrated interest in Marketing, as shown through relevant coursework, prior roles, or leadership in a school or community organization.
• Experience: Prior roles or leadership in a school or community organization that demonstrate an interest in Marketing.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; ability to analyze large amounts of data and information to understand market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance; creative thinking to develop new marketing strategies and engaging content with attention to detail; strong research skills to gather insights about competitors, target audiences, and industry trends; and knowledge of AI and evolving marketing technologies to apply AI-driven tools for insights and personalized customer experiences.
• Bonus: Minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0, foundational experience with digital marketing platforms, knowledge of online marketing channels including social media, email marketing, paid media, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and ability to use AI-enabled tools to analyze consumer data, generate insights, and improve marketing decisions with a curiosity-driven, builder mindset and commitment to responsible AI use.
