Undergrad Finance and Accounting Internship | Ecolab

The Tone:
This is an 11-week paid internship at Ecolab, with placements in St. Paul, MN, Naperville, IL, Greensboro, NC, Houston, TX, or King of Prussia, PA, offering a hybrid work environment. Ecolab is the global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions, helping customers achieve clean water, safe food, and healthy environments across nearly three million customer locations. • Pay: $22–$24 hourly
• Mission: Own a finance or accounting project to research, review, and propose solutions that contribute to Ecolab’s objectives and gain a realistic preview of an associate’s day-to-day work.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Ownership: Own a project within an operating division or corporate finance group.
• Solution Development: Partner with your manager, team, and stakeholders to research, review, and propose project solutions to your project’s objective.
• Presentation: Formally present your project overview, findings, and recommendations to Ecolab Finance Leaders and Finance Development Program associates.
• Professional Development: Participate in summer programming that provides professional development and exposure to company culture through networking events, Leader Talks, and social get togethers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
• Experience: Willingness to relocate to one of the specified office locations for the 11-week paid internship program, starting on Tuesday, June 1, 2027.
• Skills: Foundational knowledge in Finance, Accounting, or Economics principles.
