Finance and Accounting Leadership Development Program 2027 | GALLO

The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements to support business insights.
• Support: Participate in monthly accounting close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop: Aid in the creation of forecasts and budgets, contributing to financial planning.
• Evaluate: Assess business opportunities and identify areas for operational improvements.
• Gain Exposure: Experience internal controls, audit activities, and cross-functional business partnerships that inform strategic decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics, or a Master’s degree in Accounting (MSA/MAcc) or Finance (MSF), with degree receipt by June 2027.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is required, focusing on individuals graduating by June 2027. Required to be 18 years or older and able to travel up to 5% of the time for company needs.
• Skills: Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills, along with self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a team environment. Skilled in the use of MS Word and MS Excel at a basic level.
• Bonus: Prior Gallo Finance or Accounting work experience.
