2027 Global Private Bank Advisor Program – LatAm Private Bank – Full-time Analyst | JPMorganChase

The Tone:
This is a full-time Analyst program at JPMorganChase, located in New York, NY, Miami, FL, or Houston, TX. JPMorganChase is a global financial services firm dedicated to creating positive change for the diverse communities it serves, championing new ideas through a supportive culture that helps individuals build their careers. By joining this Analyst Program, you’ll become part of a team delivering wealth management solutions and fostering client relationships across Mexico, Central America, South America, and Brazil. The program begins with a five-week immersive global training program where incoming Analysts from around the world learn about the firm, build technical and professional skills, and hear from senior executives, all to help clients achieve their financial goals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop tailored client strategies: Work with teams to understand client needs and examine market activities, developing and executing tailored financial strategies to help clients meet their specific goals.
• Gain comprehensive wealth management exposure: As an Advisor Trainee, gain exposure to every facet of wealth management, including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning.
• Collaborate with financial specialists: Work closely with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists to learn about the business and clients while building individual expertise.
• Conduct research for client solutions: Collaborate with various teams, including market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams, to conduct research and analysis, develop products, and respond to client needs as part of a Solutions Team.
• Foster professional development and networking: Participate in ongoing formal and informal training opportunities, one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions, and events to grow your professional network and consider future career moves within the firm.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2026 through June 2027.
• Experience: Desire to ultimately work with external clients in a relationship building and sales capacity; highly-driven and enjoys working in teams to develop complex solutions.
• Skills: Cultural knowledge and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese; exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask; genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends; highly inquisitive, focused, proactive, with good judgment and discretion when working with confidential information; ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
