What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain: Maintain the General Ledger as well as all subsidiary ledgers.
• Reconcile: Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Manage: Manage Fixed Assets records and depreciation schedules.
• Analyze: Analyze monthly Budget to Actual variances and collaborate with the Director to identify corrective actions.
• Prepare: Compile statistical, financial, accounting, and auditing reports, and prepare documentation for external audits.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting with knowledge of Accounting, Tax, and Insurance principles and practices.
• Experience: Preferred 1-2 years of accounting experience.
• Skills: Effective verbal and written communication, ability to manage and prioritize large volumes of data, strong problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented work.
