What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead projects across the Treasury group as assigned to achieve strategic objectives.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with leaders and management to implement new policies and procedures effectively.
• Recommend: Recommend and lead the implementation of process changes to achieve efficiencies through technology use.
• Oversee: Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of system enhancements to Treasury-related systems.
• Serve: Serve as a subject matter expert for cash management and daily treasury operations, including funding, short-term investments, and asset safeguards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience in a relevant financial domain.
• Experience: Ten years of treasury or relevant experience with complex activities in a control environment.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of treasury operations, strong analytical ability to resolve complex problems, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, advanced computer skills in MS Excel and financial business systems.
• Bonus: Banking or insurance industry experience, understanding of investments and insurance products/premiums.
