2027 Finance Program | Truist

The Tone:
This is a regular, full-time program role at Truist, located in Charlotte, NC. Truist is a large organization that inspires and builds better lives and communities by providing a wide range of services, including consumer and wholesale banking, technology, data, and operations. This immersive program offers participants the opportunity to engage in critical work through bank-wide rotations and a customized curriculum. The role is designed to put individuals on a fast-track to making a real impact by building mission-critical skills and engaging with top leaders.

• Location: In-person Charlotte, NC
• Team: Rotational within the Financial Management organization (e.g., Accounting, Corporate Treasury, Enterprise Finance)
• Mission: To quickly develop agile learners and transformational thinkers who connect diverse experiences across the enterprise to drive collaboration, integrated thinking, and contribute to strategy, profitability, and growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Complete Training: Satisfactorily complete all prescribed and recommended training throughout the program.
• Participate in Rotations: Engage in business rotations, working on projects and routine activities that allow for the practical application of learned concepts and behaviors.
• Execute Projects: Perform special projects or assignments outside of the formalized training program, as directed.
• Develop Skills: Build mission-critical skills in strategy, innovation, creativity, data analysis, and project management through customized curriculum.
• Influence Business Decisions: Use data to solve complex business challenges, partner with leaders, and contribute to work that influences strategy, profitability, and growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required with a graduation date between May 2026 and June 2027, maintaining a 3.0+ GPA.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership through involvement in on-campus activities, community organizations, or prior work experience.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong initiative and personal accountability, general knowledge of the financial services industry, and skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic thinking.
• Bonus: Enthusiasm for a career in financial services and willingness to travel.
