What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Integration: Join a dedicated team, working alongside experienced colleagues and contributing to client-impacting projects from day one.
• Financial Analysis: Build analytical skills by breaking down complex problems, interpreting numbers, data, and trends, and conducting financial analysis and risk assessments.
• Operational Support: Provide daily assistance with trade settlement monitoring and verification.
• Content Creation: Prepare presentations, reports, and financial papers, supporting strategic reviews and pitches.
• Tool Application: Utilize industry tools such as financial modelling platforms, data dashboards, and market intelligence tools to derive compelling insights.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level undergraduate or postgraduate student in their final or penultimate year, studying Accounting, Finance, Management, Banking, or a business equivalent, with an expected graduation in 2027. Must have obtained, or expect to achieve, a a GPA of at least 4.0/5.0, 3.2/4.0, or 2nd class upper (or overseas equivalent).
• Experience: Demonstrated curiosity and drive to learn, coupled with a proactive approach to building connections, supporting others, and making an impact.
• Skills: Fluent in English (verbal, written, and business communication), strong analytical, statistical, and data mining skills for studying trends and making projections, ability to learn quickly, transfer knowledge, interpret numeric data, and initiate process improvements. Must be a clear communicator, team player, detail-oriented, adaptable under pressure, and consistently eager to learn.
