What You’ll Actually Do
• Review: Review and monitor travel and entertainment expenses to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
• Analyze: Analyze T&E and operational spending trends, providing insights and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process optimization.
• Audit: Perform periodic and ad hoc audits of expense activity to support strong financial controls.
• Maintain: Maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal documentation while serving as a resource to employees on policy interpretation and compliance.
• Coordinate: Coordinate lease administration activities within Visual Lease by tracking key dates, maintaining documentation, and partnering with internal stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a working knowledge of accounting fundamentals including general ledger activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience: 0+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, including internships or equivalent experience; familiarity with financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends; excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
