What You’ll Actually Do
• Conduct financial and statistical analysis by extracting data from financial reports, identifying financial discrepancies, and learning to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Monitor and control expenditure, developing skills to approve or deny requisitions based on adherence to established budgets.
• Prepare assigned financial reports derived from financial and statistical analysis results.
• Participate in presentations to relevant internal stakeholders, sharing findings and providing informed recommendations.
• Reconcile and review monthly account analysis for balance sheet accounts, developing proficiency in this area.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, statistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Basic experience in a similar financial position, including basic experience with accounting software and within finance in a company with international operations.
• Skills: Developing analytical skills, good attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality of work, good verbal and written communication skills, and some knowledge of international entities, foreign currency, and inter-company transactions.
• Bonus: Relevant financial analysis certification(s) preferred.
