• Mission: To design and develop software solutions while learning from experienced professionals across the technology organization.
• Tech Stack: Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, ECS

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Participate in a comprehensive rotational program covering the full software development lifecycle across three functional areas.
• Solution Development: Analyze business requirements, design solutions, develop, unit test, and implement features based on approved designs.
• Production Support: Analyze and respond to production support cases, troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and develop preventative solutions.
• Agile Methodologies: Build and maintain product backlogs using Agile practices and facilitate User Acceptance Testing.
• Cloud Application Development: Learn to build, deploy, and debug serverless applications using AWS Lambda and ECS.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong background in coding with proficiency in at least one of Java, JavaScript, or Python. Familiarity with relational databases and an understanding of SQL.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities. A collaborative team player.
