The Tone:

This Financial Development Program is a critical initiative designed to accelerate the growth of aspiring finance and business leaders. What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Financial Rotations: Complete a 24-month program consisting of two distinct 12-month rotations across diverse finance functions, including corporate finance, R&D finance, financial reporting, accounting, audit, treasury, and operations.
• Contribute to Financial Operations: Gain hands-on functional experience by actively contributing to various impactful projects and day-to-day operations within the finance organization.
• Develop Leadership Skills: Build and demonstrate leadership capabilities by taking ownership of tasks, influencing team outcomes, collaborating effectively across diverse teams, and delivering results with accountability.
• Problem Solve and Adapt: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and manage various tasks and priorities, adapting quickly to changing business needs and timelines within the biotech industry.
• Engage in Professional Growth: Participate in targeted leadership and functional training, receive coaching, and engage in professional enrichment activities such as quarterly “Development Day” programming to build a robust network.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with an undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: 0-2 years of relevant work experience and proficiency with common systems and platforms like Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong time management for managing multiple priorities, and demonstrated leadership through academic or professional experiences.
• Bonus: Complex Excel modeling, advanced PowerPoint visualization skills, and familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot.
